Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an enthusiastic Loan Services Senior Associate to join our team. The Loan Processing Candidate will help lead the transition of all loan processing functions for the global credit business in 2026. This role will be responsible for becoming part of a high-performance loan processing team, publishing robust KPIs and measurement of SLAs. The ideal candidate must have broadly syndicated loans and private debt loan experience. They will also have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Loan Processing within funds administration, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the transition of all loan processing activities for the global credit business to a centralized operational model in 2026.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive transition plan, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and integration of loan processing activities, minimizing disruption to business operations during the transition.
• Implement and publish comprehensive KPI and SLA framework for the loan processing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish clear metrics for processing efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Optimize workflows to maintain continuous loan processing and timely resolution of issues, improving service levels and client satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Lead the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives within Loan Processing throughout 2025.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to automate manual processes and implement advanced tools to enhance loan processing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have broadly syndicated loans and private debt loan experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in loan processing within funds administration or a related financial services function.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through transition and change.
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• CLO experience a plus

Compensation Range: The hourly rate for this position is $40 - $43 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
