Loan Specialist – Sales

Comp Range: $36K–$70K + UNCAPPED commissionTop performers earn $150K+

As a virtual Finance & Insurance office, we connect customers with top lenders to secure competitive auto loans and refinances before they ever step into a dealership. Our marketplace ensures customers receive the best available rates — and our Loan Specialists drive that experience.

This is a high‑intensity sales role for competitive closers who want unlimited earning potential. You’ll work pre‑approved leads, move fast, overcome objections, and drive loans from application to funding.

What You’ll Do

Close pre‑approved auto refinance customers
Sell optional finance and protection products
Make 60+ outbound calls daily
Manage a high‑volume pipeline from start to finish
Hit targets, earn more leads, make more money
