Job Description

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Loaner Car Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at St. Peters Honda, the Loaner Car Coordinator is responsible for the daily process of tracking all loaners and ensuring they are ready for use. Ensures walk-arounds are done on a consistent basis to monitor the vehicle. Acts as Service Support to assist management with service needs which may include customer service-related projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform and provide accurate contracts for loaner agreements.
  • Manage loaner fleet providing prepped clean vehicles ready for guests.
  • Accurately inspect conditions of inbound and outbound vehicles with documentation.
  • Provide up to date status of guests' vehicles in service for repair.
  • Tracking and scheduling all sales WE-OWE work.
  • Contacting customers, coordinating with 3rd party vendors, and ensuring customers' transportation needs are met during their service.
  • Prepare new vehicles to enter loaner fleet.
  • Monitor soon to be retired loaner vehicles to be transferred to sales department.
  • Create reports of outstanding loaner vehicles that are due.
  • Keep up to date of maintenance of loaner vehicles.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma and at least 1 year experience automotive service industry or hospitality industry.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record and at least age 18 years of age required to drive company or customer vehicles.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
