Lobby Greeter - Guest Relations (Part-Time)

As a Lobby Greeter, you will serve as a hotel ambassador, providing exceptional guest service, sharing general hotel and local area knowledge, and directing lobby visitors. Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing exceptional in-person service and assisting with inquiries and requests.- Manage guest traffic throughout the lobby in a balanced and organized manner to minimize wait times.- Maintain cleanliness in the lobby area and coordinate opportunities with appropriate departments.- Observe lobby activity diligently and communicate with security when necessary.- Direct guest complaints and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests and share information about the hotel's history and services.
