Job Description

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a local intermodal position offering consistent freight, excellent home time, and competitive weekly earnings.

Drivers average approximately 2,000 miles per week, enjoy daily home time, and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus along with excellent benefits and paid training.

What You'll Earn

Average Annual Pay

  • $72,000–$80,000

Mileage Pay

  • $0.50–$0.57 CPM

Additional Pay

  • $45 Live Load/Unload
  • $25 Drop & Hook
  • $15 Out-of-Route Moves
  • $20/hour Detention Pay
  • $20/hour Training Pay

Bonus

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid according to company payout schedule)

Schedule

  • Friday – Tuesday
  • 1:00 AM Start Time
  • Wednesday & Thursday Off
  • Home Daily

Freight Details

  • Local Intermodal Freight
  • 75% Drop & Hook
  • Majority No-Touch Freight
  • Intermodal Container Hauling
  • Approximately 2,000 Miles Per Week
  • Operating within a 200-mile radius of Indianapolis

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
  • Transport intermodal containers on local routes
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs
  • Deliver freight safely and on schedule
  • Follow all DOT safety regulations

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of recent CDL-A experience
  • Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire (reimbursement available)
