• Oversee day-to-day site operations on remodel projects valued at $1-15m* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics in occupied spaces
• Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, compliant job sites
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and inspectors
• Deliver projects on time while protecting quality and client relationships Profile* 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience with remodels in healthcare, education, or retail
• Strong knowledge of safety, sequencing, and subcontractor management
• Clear communicator comfortable with owners and inspectors
• Local or willing to work full-time from a Central Ohio office

Job OfferSalary range: $80,000-$100,000 base* ESOP with profit sharing and long-term wealth building
