Local Contract LPN (Skilled Nursing) – Overnight Shift

Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a consistent overnight schedule? We're seeking a dedicated Local Contract LPN to join a Skilled Nursing Facility providing exceptional care to residents. This opportunity is ideal for nurses looking for predictable hours with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available.

Position Details

  • Position: Local Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Specialty: Skilled Nursing

  • Schedule: Every other weekend

  • Opportunity to pick up additional open shifts throughout the week

  • Maximum Pay: Up to $45/hour

  • No overtime available

  • Maximum of 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

  • Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.

  • Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

  • Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
