Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

You would own a book of local business owners and be accountable for how their marketing performs.

You set the meeting schedule, you book the calls, and you arrive with a point of view on what that owner should be doing in their market.

What you will own

●* A defined set of franchisees, assigned by brand

●* The meeting cadence. Booked, kept, and led with a point of view

●* Local marketing guidance: budget, channel mix, local opportunity

●* Enrollment and subscription adoption

●* Patterns surfaced to the Account Director

How you will be measured

Local marketing performance across assigned brands. Completed calls against the schedule the brands require. Franchisee satisfaction. Subscription adoption and enrollment growth.

What we are looking for

●* Has advised independent business owners on marketing and can hold a performance conversation with an owner who did not ask for one

●* Understands that a franchisee who never calls is a problem to solve rather than a quiet account

●* Wants to be measured on how a book of franchisees performs rather than on activity volume

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

$72,000 to $95,000 base depending on experience. This is a full-time, exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.
