Job Description

Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionLead all phases of construction project execution from planning through completion. Manage project budgets, forecasts, contracts, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards. Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving. Mentor project engineers and junior team members to support team development.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Experience with K-12 education, higher education, municipal, government, or public-sector projects strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, contract administration, and project controls. Experience utilizing construction management software and project scheduling tools. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.What's on OfferBase salary: $110,000 - $135,000+ for exceptional candidates.
