Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Local Contract Assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

- Shift Time: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12.5-Hour Day Shift
- Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $14.25 - $16.63 per hour
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Current state certification as required
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Measure and record vital signs as directed
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment
- Support nursing staff with routine resident care duties
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $14.25 - $16.63 per hour

- State or federal ID required upon arrival
