Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Obtain and document vital signs accurately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members in delivering quality care.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Current BLS Certification preferred.
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
