Location: Rochester, New Hampshire Setting: Skilled Nursing Contract Length: 8 Weeks Start Date: May 25, 2026 End Date: July 18, 2026 Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Estimated Pay Rate: $28.80 $33.60 per hour Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week local contract assignment in Rochester, New Hampshire. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support overall nursing operations within a skilled nursing environment.

This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work consistent full-week schedules in a fast-paced care setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision Administer medications and prescribed treatments Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs Assist with care planning and patient assessments Support patients with daily living activities Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with healthcare and nursing teams Follow infection prevention and safety protocols Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety Requirements Active LPN/LVN license required Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred Current BLS certification required Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Ability to work full weekly schedule (7 days rotation) Strong communication and documentation skills Must comply with facility health and safety requirements Valid government-issued photo identification required
