Location: Franklin, New Hampshire Setting: Skilled Nursing Contract Length: 7 Weeks Start Date: May 12, 2026 End Date: June 23, 2026 Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Estimated Pay Rate: $16.50 $19.25 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 7-week local contract assignment in Franklin, New Hampshire. The LNA will provide hands-on patient care and support residents in a skilled nursing facility.
This role requires reliability, strong caregiving skills, and the ability to work rotating schedules including alternating weekends. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in patient condition Maintain a safe and clean patient environment Provide emotional support and companionship Document basic care activities as required Follow infection control and safety protocols Assist nursing staff with daily care tasks Ensure patient safety, dignity, and comfort Requirements Active LNA certification required Minimum 6 12 months CNA/LNA experience preferred Current BLS certification preferred Experience in skilled nursing preferred Ability to work rotating shifts and every other weekend Strong communication and teamwork skills Must comply with facility health and safety requirements Valid government-issued photo identification required COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required
