Job Title: Local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment. Guaranteed Hours36 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $38.50 per hour
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support infection prevention, safety, and quality care initiatives
- Promote resident comfort, wellbeing, and positive clinical outcomes
- Night shift assignment
- Contract role with consistent weekly hours
- Candidates must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license where applicable
- Government-issued photo identification is required during onboarding and must be worn while on assignment
- A negative COVID-19 test taken within one week prior to the start date or proof of full vaccination may be required before beginning the assignment
- Ongoing compliance with facility testing protocols may be required throughout the assignment
