Local Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) GUARANTEED HOURS
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Pay Rate: $28.80 $33.60 /hr

SHIFT INFORMATIONShift Start Time: 19:00:00 Shift End Time: 07:30:00 Shift Duration: 12.5 hours (Night Shift)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice
- Monitor and document patient condition throughout shift
- Perform wound care and basic clinical procedures as assigned
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Conduct vital signs monitoring and report abnormalities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure patient safety and infection control compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support care plans
- Respond to patient needs during overnight shift coverage
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Ability to work overnight 12.5-hour shifts
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work every other weekend as required
- Physical ability to assist with patient care tasks (lifting, repositioning, standing)
- Compliance with onboarding and credentialing requirements
- Valid state or federal ID required
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
