Location: Laconia, New Hampshire Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation Contract Length: 11 Weeks Start Date: May 12, 2026 End Date: July 21, 2026 Shift: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM Number of Shifts: 3 4 Shifts Weekly (Rotating Schedule) Guaranteed Hours: 36 Estimated Pay Rate: $28.80 $33.60 per hour Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 11-week local contract assignment in Laconia, New Hampshire. The LPN will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, supporting residents with ongoing clinical needs.

This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work overnight shifts in a structured care environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs Assist with patient care planning and daily needs Support residents with activities of daily living Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with healthcare and nursing teams Follow infection prevention and safety protocols Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity Requirements Active LPN/LVN license required Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred Current BLS certification required Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred Ability to work overnight shifts (6:45 PM 7:15 AM) Strong communication and documentation skills Must comply with facility health and safety requirements Valid government-issued photo identification required COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required
