Travel LPN - Contract OpportunityPOSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel contract opportunity within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

- Shift Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- Pay Rate:$33.00 - $38.50 per hour
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care.
- Provide direct nursing care and support activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Travel nursing opportunity.
- Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting.
- Night shift assignment.
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- 30-minute meal break included.
- Agency staff must provide a negative COVID-19 test result collected within one week of the contract start date or proof of full vaccination.
- Contract start dates may be delayed pending receipt of required test results.
- Once the assignment begins, staff must comply with the facility's ongoing testing protocols.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License
- BLS Certification Preferred
- Required License for Submission
- Required Certifications for Submission
- Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.
