Company Description/Details A leading global technology company is seeking a Localization QA professional to ensure localized Commerce and App Store content delivers a high-quality, culturally appropriate experience for customers across international markets. This role works closely with localization vendors, testers, project managers, and language teams in a fast-paced global environment.

Important Details:

Employment Type – Contract

Duration – 12 months

Location – Austin, TX

Pay Range – $55 - $60.45

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform Localization QA and review localized content for linguistic accuracy, quality, relevance, and consistency.
• Work closely with localization vendors, vendor testers, LQAs, and Localization Project Managers (LPMs) to ensure projects stay on track.
• Manage localized content and data across multiple internal and vendor systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Identify, evaluate, communicate, and help resolve linguistic and localization issues across multiple languages and markets.
• Ensure localized content represents the company's voice and customer experience appropriately in each market.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Hands-on Localization QA experience required.
• Localization experience with production/project coordination responsibilities.
• Experience working with localization vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing localized content/data and localization workflows.
• Software QA experience is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Other qualifications/requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in at least one language other than English.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of online production and localization processes.

Must-Haves:

• Localization QA / LQA experience
• Localization production experience
• Native-level proficiency in at least one non-English language
• Experience working with localization vendors/testers
• Experience collaborating with LPMs or localization project teams
• Strong linguistic judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice-to-Haves:

• Wallet, Payments, Commerce, or App Store experience
• Experience with international marketplaces
• Software QA/testing experience
• Workflow or process automation experience
• Experience across multiple languages and territories
