LOCUM – Interventional Radiologist ($420/hour)

Hartford, ConnecticutStart: March 21, 2026 | 3–6 Month Assignment with Extension PotentialDay Shift with 24-Hour Onsite Call Coverage

365 Healthcare is seeking multiple LOCUM Interventional Radiologists to provide coverage at a high-volume hospital-based radiology department in Hartford, Connecticut. This assignment includes weekday day shifts with required 24-hour onsite call coverage, including nights and weekends, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $420 per hour, along with lodging and travel coverage, rental car or mileage reimbursement, and malpractice insurance included.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 24-hour onsite call coverage required

  • Night and weekend call included

  • Hybrid onsite and limited remote workflow

Practice Details

  • Hospital-based interventional radiology

  • Very busy department with variable daily volumes

  • Trauma Level I facility

  • Full support staff available

  • Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

  • Rare pediatric cases

  • EMR and dictation systems include Epic, PowerScribe, and PACS

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Interventional radiology procedures

  • Fluoroscopic procedures if credentialed

  • Image-guided biopsies, aspirations, and localizations

  • Participation in night and weekend call coverage

  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

  • Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology preferred

  • Active Connecticut license or IMLC

  • Proficiency with PACS, PowerScribe, and modern radiology IT platforms

  • DEA registration or eligibility

  • BLS certification

  • Experience in high-volume clinical environments

  • Prior experience with hybrid onsite and remote workflows

  • NPDB self-query within the past month
