Title: Locum- Physician- Surgery- Orthopedic London, KYDescription:

Saint Joseph Medical Group is looking for locum support with their Orthopedics team with coverage beginning as soon as May 11, 2026. Candidates must have a clean file for emergency temp privileges.

RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION(strictly follow)

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation - - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly -- Per hour, not OT

Holiday - - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate Per holiday hour, no OT

On Call (Daily) -- Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - - - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back - Per hour ofpatient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSAterms.

Holiday Call Back - Per holiday hour of patient contacthours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Average callback: Per site, it varies about 4-6 hrs

24hr call coverage

Facility Locations and Addresses: Saint Joseph London Hospital- 1001 Saint Joseph Lane, London KY 40741 & Baptist Health Corbin

1 Trillium Way, Corbin, KY 40701

Setting: Hospital /clinic

Duties: Hospital call, surgery, clinic on Wednesday

Required Procedures: General Orthopedic Procedures

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: CMA in Clinic, OR staff at hospital

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: Corbin 30 days, St Joseph 30 days but temporary privileges available

Requirements: all basic credentialing requirements to include copy of degrees, photo Identification, current license, current DEA

Billing enrollment -Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? no

Admissions per day: Hospitalist admit, 10-15 consults

Patients/day: 10-15
