Title: Locum- Physician- Radiation Oncology Lexington, KYDescription:

RATES: (strictly follow)

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation -212.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly -425- Per hour, not OT

Holiday -637.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate Per holiday hour, no OT

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Start Date: July 20, 2026 (onboarding July 13 week)

Schedule: Tues-Fri for 6 months

Shift time: 0800 - 1630

Any Call? No

Facility Location/Address: 701 Bob O Link Drive Suite 120

Setting: Ambulatory Clinic

Duties: Oversee treatments, New consults, follow ups, planning, status checks, tumor conference participation

Required Procedures: SBRT, IMRT, 3D, SRS

EMR: Epic

Support Staff: 1 RN, 4 Radiation Therapists, 2 medical physicists, and 3 Dosimetrists

Reason for Coverage: Provider resignation

Travel Preferences:

Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels

Air Travel: Local [Preferred]
