Title: Locum- Physician- Gastroenterology Lexington, KYDescription:

24hr call includes inpatient coverage, rounding, and inpatient procedures. ERCP HIGHLY PREFERRED

RATES:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation -275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours

On Call (Daily) -5000- Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - - - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back -550 Per hour ofpatient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSAterms.

Holiday Call Back -825 Per holiday hour of patient contacthours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Site states around 6-8 hours spent in the hospital/day

Schedule/Availability Requirements:Start Date: ASAP ongoing until replacement is foundDates:

5/26-6/1 (Will consider general GI doc for these dates!)

Facility Location: CHI Saint Joseph Hospital; 1 Saint Joseph Drive Lexington, KY 40504

Setting: Inpatient/Hospital Setting

Duties: bread and butter inpatient GI, ED call, consultations, ERCP

Required Procedures: ERCP, bread and butter endo

EMR: Epic

Reason for Coverage: recruiting full time GI Support Staff: 3 inpatient APPs dedicated to GI. They help in endoscopy and on the floors/ED.

Dealbreakers: need clean record for expedited privileges and if they cannot do ERCP

Travel Preferences:

Preferred Lodging: CommonSpirit Locums travel policy

Air Travel: Local, no flights? *

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: ASAP

Credentialing with other facilities? No

Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?
