• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology
• Valid BLS and DEA certifications
• Proficiency in bread-and-butter urological procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, uroflow, bladder scans, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and Botox injections
• Experience with robotic-assisted procedures is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent patient and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong team player with collegial attitude

Additional Skills That Benefit You:

• Ability to perform complex urological surgeries and procedures
• Previous experience working with EMR systems such as Epic
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including clinic hours and on-call rotations
• Willingness to work weekends and provide hospital call coverage as needed

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• State medical license to practice in Washington
• At least 3 months of locum experience, with familiarity in busy hospital and clinic settings
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and supporting staff

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to attend credentialing processes within a 3-month timeframe
• Willing to travel locally within the Silverdale area
• Must adhere to all facility policies, including ongoing credentialing and compliance requirements
• Availability for scheduled coverage dates, including 6/22-6/26, 7/6-7/10, 8/3-8/7, 8/31-9/4, and additional ongoing availability
• Ability to handle a mix of consultation (20%) and callback (80%) duties, including nights and holidays
