This role involves interpreting a diverse range of imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine. You will handle a case mix heavily focused on Emergency Room and Nue Med cases, performing at a volume of approximately 90-100 studies per 8-hour shift. Proficiency in virtual colonoscopies is essential, and the position offers the flexibility to work remotely, providing a high level of professional independence and work-life balance.Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Radiology
• Valid medical license to practice in West Virginia
• Proven experience in diagnostic imaging modalities (XR, CT, MR, US, NM)
• Proficiency in virtual colonoscopy interpretation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote setting
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in radiology

Nice to Have Skills:

• Subspecialty experience (e.g., neuroradiology, musculoskeletal)
• Familiarity with teleradiology systems and workflows
• Previous experience in a locum or temporary radiology role
• Additional certifications in advanced imaging techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 3 years' post-residency diagnostic radiology experience
• Prior remote or teleradiology work is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must be proficient in virtual colonoscopies
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and overtime as needed
• Malpractice insurance coverage included in hourly rate
• Willingness to submit to background checks and credentialing processes
• All travel and licensure-related expenses reimbursed when applicable
