  • License/Certifications: State licensure required; prior ACLS/ATLS preferred
  • Experience: 2+ years in hospitalist or inpatient care

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to codes and rapid response calls
  • Manage ventilator and step-down level patients
  • Provide adult inpatient and observation care, managing stabilization of critically ill patients
  • Collaborate with nursing, ED, and surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient encounters accurately using Cerner Community Works EMR and AI scribe support
  • Participate in hospital quality initiatives and patient safety protocols
What You Need
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont
  • Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient/hospitalist experience
  • Ventilator management and critical care skills preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle high-acuity patients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
