Locum - Physician - Radiology Charleston, WV

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Radiologist to deliver high-quality care, perform a variety of imaging procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. • Proven expertise in diagnostic radiology with proficiency in XR, CT, MRI, US, and NM modalities.
• Ability to perform infant BE examinations.
• Experience with light IR procedures including biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, renal), CT and US-guided drainages, lumbar punctures, arthrograms, and joint injections.
• Strong interpretation skills, with a daily volume expectation of 90-100 cases and 60-70 wRVUs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Active medical license and applicable certifications in radiology.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Sub-specialty training or additional certification in interventional radiology.
• Previous experience in hospital-based radiology.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload effectively.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with current board certification in Radiology.
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in diagnostic radiology.
• Prior experience performing infant BE exams is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to perform infant Barium Esophagrams.
• Availability to work onsite at the hospital.
• Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements.
• Willingness to provide coverage for shifts starting from March 6, 2026, with ongoing availability as needed.
