• Licensure: Nebraska license preferred; will consider IMLC or willing to obtain
• Experience: Prior anesthesia experience required; specific procedures include ortho, labor & delivery, spine, GI, gynecology, urology, cath lab, interventional radiology, bariatric bypass, vascular cases

Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rates (rate details discussed upon application)
• Schedule & Pay Highlights:
  • Orientation: $250–$262.50 (after 8 hours)
  • Hourly: $500–$525
  • Holiday: $750–$787.50
  • Night Call (per night): $1,300–$2,000
  • Holiday Night Call: $1,950–$3,000
  • 24-hour on-call: $4,200–$4,500
  • Holiday 24-hour call: $6,300–$6,750
  • Call back (per patient contact): $500–$525
  • Holiday call back: $750–$787.50

What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for a hospital performing approximately 3,600 inpatient and outpatient surgeries annually
• Manage independent cases across various specialties including ortho, labor & delivery, spine, GI, gyn, urology, cath lab, interventional radiology, and bariatric procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers, CRNAs, and anesthesia techs
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocol during all anesthesia procedures
• Cover scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as per schedule
• Support facility staffing needs during staffing shortages

What You Need:

• Nebraska medical license (or IMLC) preferred; willing to obtain license
• Valid certifications and credentials to practice anesthesia
• Minimum of 2+ years of anesthesia experience
• Strong procedural skills in diverse anesthesia cases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
