Join Our Team as a Locum Physician General Medicine in Houston, TXOverview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Physician specializing in General Medicine to provide high-quality care and support our healthcare team in Houston, TX. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Valid and unrestricted Texas medical license
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or General Medicine
Proven experience in general medical practice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior experience with VA or government-sponsored health assessments
Experience conducting Compensation & Pension exams or separation health assessments
Familiarity with documentation and report submission processes
Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

Medical degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in general medicine
Prior experience with administrative and assessment roles within healthcare settings

Other Requirements:

Must have own office setup in Houston, TX, or be able to establish a suitable workspace
Ability to work flexible hours, including short-term assignments
Willingness to complete required training and certification processes
All candidates must be able to work on a PRN basis with ongoing availability
