You will provide clinical services during scheduled shifts, contributing your expertise to ensure positive outcomes and uphold the high standards of our healthcare network. The position offers a dynamic schedule, with 24-hour shifts that include clinic work during weekdays and on-call duties on weekends, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in Oregon
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in OB hospitalist services or inpatient obstetric care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively and calmly

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in rural or underserved healthcare settings
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications
• Prior experience with clinic work alongside hospital duties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years' post-residency experience in obstetrics
• Previous locum or agency experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Availability for approximately 20 shifts per month
• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts, including on-call duties
• Ability to travel to Pendleton, OR as needed (if applicable)
• Compliance with all state and federal licensing and certification requirements
