The clinician will work in a medical direction model supervising 17 CRNAs while maintaining 50% hands-on patient involvement during structured day shifts with mandatory call coverage. Call responsibilities include weekday 6AM-6AM coverage with guaranteed post-call day off and weekend 6AM-6AM Friday-Sunday coverage with post-call Monday off.
