Job Title: Locum Tenens - Urology Physician

Location: Wisconsin State

Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Urology Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, to start promptly. The role involves scheduled clinical hours plus call, seeing an average of sixteen (16) patients per shift in an inpatient, outpatient setting. Requirements

  • MD/DO Degree
  • Board Certified
  • Licensed in All States
  • BLS Certification Required
  • No Additional Certifications are Required
  • Fellowship Status Required
  • EPIC Preferred
