5x8hr Shifts
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family medical care to patients of all ages.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for continuity of care.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience/Qualifications
Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent.
Ability to provide comprehensive family medical care to patients of all ages.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Minimum of 3 years experience in family practice settings.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Demonstrated success in achieving patient care targets and outcomes.
Proficient in HIPPA regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to adapt to new medical technologies and practices.
