    • Open to a 4 day work week *

    • Outpatient facility * *
    • Fully resident run* *
    • Adults only 18+* *
    • Will work in a preceptor role *
  • Census:
    • 18-25 pts per day *
  • Support Staff: *
    • One other Physician * *
    • 5 or 6 residents *
  • Procedures: *
    • All bread and Butter primary care * *
    • Will be teaching and supervising residents*
  • Board Certification: 
    • Board Certified Required *
  • Travel: *
    • Facility will cover*
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • Will be bale to start by Mid June *
  • Requirements:
    • Active CT state license * *
    • Active DEA in CT or willing to transfer * *
    • BLS*
