Job Description
Our operations team supports multiple active construction projects across Summit, Eagle, and Pitkin Counties. We are a fast-paced, collaborative group that works closely with production managers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects running smoothly. We’re growing and looking for a highly organized, dependable professional to serve as the hub for housing coordination, site logistics, and office operations.
A Logistics & Housing Coordinator with DCPS will serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractor housing, project-based logistics, and day-to-day office management. This individual will sit at the front desk as office manager/reception support while coordinating housing accommodations and logistical needs for active job sites. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Housing & Accommodation Coordination
Coordinate housing accommodations for subcontractors and project teams across Summit, Eagle, and Pitkin Counties
Manage company-owned housing, including crew scheduling, turnovers, and occupancy tracking
Coordinate check-in and check-out logistics for crews
Schedule and oversee cleaning services between stays
Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance as needed
Track and process backcharges related to damages or policy violations
Conduct weekly walkthroughs of company-owned housing to ensure cleanliness, quality standards, and compliance with house rules
Identify and communicate maintenance or operational issues proactively
Project & Site Logistics
Coordinate site-based logistical needs for production teams, including dumpster rentals, site fencing, and equipment deliveries/removals
Work closely with Production Managers to ensure timely delivery, setup, and pickup of equipment and services
Maintain clear communication with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to prevent delays or disruptions
Track logistics requests and follow through to completion
Office Management & Administrative Support
Serve as office manager and front-desk/reception support
Manage office supply inventory, ordering, and stocking
Coordinate office meetings, events, and internal gatherings
Arrange catering or lunches for scheduled meetings
Schedule and manage shared office spaces, including conference rooms and hotel-style office spaces for traveling construction teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prompt, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts across projects and locations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address issues quickly and professionally
Proficiency with scheduling tools, email, and basic office software
Ability to work effectively with production managers, subcontractors, vendors, and office staff
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in logistics, operations, construction support, property management, or office management
Familiarity with housing coordination or field-based project support
Experience coordinating vendors and scheduling services

COMPENSATION
$60,000 - $80,000 Per year
