• Ensure data accuracy for loads, rates, carriers, and customer records*
• Contact carriers to schedule pick up and deliveries*
• Work with clients to resolve shipping issues*
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the Transportation Management System (TMS) *
• Prepare, review, and process freight documentation (rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, invoices)

• 2+ years of customer service experience. Freight or transportation industry highly preferred*
• Strong MS Office proficiency*
