The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient data collection, digital organization, and proactive follow-up with external partners to ensure comprehensive record keeping. Reporting to the Trade & Logistics Manager, this role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment, and requires someone flexible, self-driven, and highly organized.Key Responsibilities:
- Download and organize a high volume of documentation utilizing Google Workspace tools (Drive and Gmail).
- Navigate through SAP to extract internal shipping and financial records.
- Perform light data entry tasks for import/export information into reports.
- Ensure all records are complete, legible, and properly organized.
- Maintain communication with forwarding agents/carriers/finance teams to collect necessary documentation and manage a tracker for pending requests.
- Proficient in SAP and Google Workspace.
- Strong professional communication and email etiquette.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in digital environments.
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Collection, Administrative, or Logistics roles, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity sector. Basic understanding of trade compliance systems is desirable.
