Job Description
Location: Westbrook, MEDuration: 12 MonthsWork Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Receive materials as they arrive at the warehouse; verify packing slips against contents.
- Enter receipts into Oracle software and update install projects in proprietary systems.
- Stage materials on shelves by install job using printed Move Orders.
- Transfer materials from warehouse to technicians’ trucks and record transfers in Oracle.
- Perform cycle counts on warehouse sub-inventories; enter data into Oracle for approvals.
- Conduct manual physical inventories as needed.
- Enter material orders through Oracle SAP.
- Communicate with departments via email.
- Review and correct Order/Receiving reports for inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding material order status.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Skills in planning, inventory control, analysis, and numerical operations.
- Forklift handling preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience desirable.
- In absence of education requirements, 2 years of materials experience may be substituted.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
