We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and communication skills. While logistics experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager of Logistics Coordination with daily Final Mile Delivery Service operations.
- Provide timely updates on projects and billing activities.
- Research and analyze bids and quotes for customer accounts.
- Support logistics operations and service needs.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent data entry and computer skills.
- Exceptional spelling, grammar, and written communication.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous employers.
- Logistics or transportation experience is preferred but not required.
