What You’ll Do

• Communicate with patients using structured scripting to gather scheduling and service details*
• Coordinate service schedules and manage daily workflow needs*
• Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling coordination*
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and service-related concerns*
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations*
• Schedule internal staff resources based on workload demands*
• Utilize internal systems to manage appointments and track communication*
• Document scheduling updates and service notes accurately*
• Communicate schedule changes across departments*
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and operational information*
• Assist with additional coordination and administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, patient coordination, or call-center support preferred*
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must.*
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills*
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and scheduling systems
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities*
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills*
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams*
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision*
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive information
