Logistics Team Member

Position Overview

At Chick-fil-A, we are committed to delivering both exceptional hospitality and operational excellence. The Logistics Team plays a critical role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our hospitality-focused team members to create remarkable guest experiences.

This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in executing with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble orders with precision and urgency (drive-thru and front counter)
Support beverage and dessert production to ensure timely delivery to guests
Maintain accuracy by checking orders before they are served
Work collaboratively with Front of House team members to ensure smooth operations
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked
Execute systems and processes with consistency and discipline
