Job Description

Long Term Care Nurse (Night Shift)Join our team as a Long Term Care Nurse and make a meaningful impact on residents' lives during overnight hours. This role offers an engaging environment with a focus on quality care, teamwork, and professional growth. Be part of a dedicated healthcare community providing compassionate support to LTC residents in a well-structured, rotating schedule that promotes work-life balance.Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Long Term Care or a similar setting
  • Valid Wyoming LPN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proficiency with AthenaHealth charting system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong team orientation
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working with ED staff or in a hospital environment
  • Additional certifications such as IV certification or medication administration
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • LPN or RN licensure preferred
  • Previous long-term care or nursing home experience
Other Requirements:
  • Night shift schedule: 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM, rotating 7-on/7-off schedule
  • Professional attire; jewelry and body adornments should be non-distracting
  • Vaccinations: Flu vaccine during flu season; COVID-19 vaccine exemptions allowed
  • Housing accommodations available upon request
