Job Description

Job Title: Long Term Care Nurse / CNA (Day Shift 12-Hour Shifts)Overview:Join our dedicated team providing exceptional long-term care services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and professional setting. We are seeking compassionate and committed healthcare professionals to deliver quality care and support to our residents on a consistent day shift schedule.Required Skills:

Valid CNA license or applicable certification in long-term care
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
CPR and First Aid certification
Bilingual abilities to support diverse resident populations
Prior experience working rotating schedules or weekends

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in long-term care facilities or nursing homes
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) accreditation

Other Requirements:

Availability for Sunday-Tuesday rotation with 36 hours per week
Successful completion of orientation scheduled for May 3rd to 5th, 2026
Ability to adapt to shift schedules and meet facility policies
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
