Phoenix Pharmacy Solutions is currently seeking a Long-Term Care Pharmacist in Baton Rouge, LA!

Responsibilities:

Processing and accurately dispense prescription orders
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to optimize medication therapy
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and long-term care pharmacy regulation
Provides direction and guidance to pharmacy technicians and support staff
Support quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy
Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
Experience administering immunizations and long-acting injectables
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Support team culture and promote a positive work environment
Familiarity with LTC regulations and electronic health record systems
Self-Motivated and able to work autonomously as well as with a team
Experience in PioneerRx, FrameworkLTC, or a similar systems
