Job Description
We are looking for a Meat Clerk- Full Time who is passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment!

Position: Meat Clerk- Full Time
What you'll do:
- Ensure the quality and freshness of products by checking dates and removing substandard products
- Prepare product in keeping with department standards
- Perform special tasks as assigned
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Adhere to proper sanitization and cleaning procedures
- Follow health and workplace safety standards
What we are looking for:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong initiative, excellent work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to adapt quickly to new situations/priorities, as well as new and changing processes
- Flexibility
- Team Player
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a standard Commissary Department environment with exposure to below normal temperatures and participation in meetings.
- Work is performed in a production room environment with temperatures ranges between 0-4 degrees.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- May be required to operate manufacturing equipment as part of role (multiple types)
