DeVivo Companies currently has an opening for a full-time Lot Attendant & CDL Driver at our Falmouth, ME location. Primary Responsibilities:
Lot & Facility Maintenance: Keep the vehicle lot clean, organized, and properly arranged on a daily basis.
Vehicle Preparation & Detailing: Wash, detail, clean, and decal trucks, buses, and commercial units several times a week to ensure high-quality presentation prior to customer delivery.
Vehicle Transport: Safely pick up and deliver trucks, buses, and commercial equipment to and from customers as needed.
Backup Parts & Warehouse Support: Assist the Parts Department with picking up parts or processing core returns on an occasional, as-needed basis (e.g., covering call-outs).
Documentation: Fill out delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and required paperwork completely and accurately.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Ability to work comfortably outdoors and perform physical duties (washing, detailing, lot management).
Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to read and comprehend maps and written routing instructions.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
