Responsibilities

• Review daily service appointments to identify upgrade opportunities

• Engage with customers in service and present personalized solutions

• Structure deals that work for the customer, the lender, and the store

• Collaborate with service, appraisers, and finance for seamless delivery

• Maintain organized, high-quality CRM notes and follow-up

• Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in automotive sales (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations

• Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented

• Confidence to operate with autonomy

• Hunger for growth—personally and professionally

Compensation & Benefits

•  Tiered unit bonus + performance incentives. Realistic on target yearly earnings range from $90,000 to $150,000
