Position Overview
The LP Relations Manager serves as the primary liaison between the fund and its limited partners, ensuring transparent communication, accurate reporting, and proactive relationship management.
This role involves collaboration with investment teams, senior leadership, operations, and external stakeholders to maintain investor satisfaction and support fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing limited partners
Coordinate and prepare investor reporting, including quarterly letters, financial statements, and fund performance updates
Assist with capital calls, distributions, and tracking investor commitments
Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch materials, subscription documents, and due diligence packages
Plan and manage investor meetings, webinars, and events
Monitor investor sentiment and feedback, escalating key issues to senior management
Analyze LP metrics, fund allocations, and reporting data to identify trends or opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with fund policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience in LP relations, investor relations, private equity, venture capital, or asset management
Strong understanding of fund structures, capital management, and financial reporting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
