What You'll DoAssist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Perform trach/vent care/monitoringAdminister medications safely and accurately

Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family

Deliver exceptional, family‑centered client care What You'll NeedCurrent LPN (or RN) license in the state of PennsylvaniaGraduate of an accredited nursing program

At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)CPR certification
