Job Description
Job Details:Title: LPNLocation: Franklin, NHShift: 8HRS/DAYDuration: 9-13 weeks (Possibility of extension)Guarantee: 40Payrate: $40-$46/hr Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.*
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusion and injections.*
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history intake, and physical examinations.*
- Assist with daily living activities for patients in long-term care, assisted living, or home care settings.*
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.*
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.*
- Support patients with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities or dementia.*
- Participate in triage and emergency response situations as needed.*
- Active LPN License.*
