Full-Time – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Full-Time, and Part-Time are available and weekend only positions too)

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and document accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure excellent patient care

What You Need:

Active New York State LPN license
Strong clinical skills and professionalism
Team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
